Role Overview
PlatinumRx is a health-tech startup helping chronic patients access branded medicine substitutes at a fraction of the usual cost. We're a small team, which means the work is real and the impact of what you build is visible almost immediately. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join us on-site in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, someone who can turn our operational and business data into decisions the rest of the company can act on.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets across our systems.
- Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis that goes beyond what spreadsheets can handle.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel workflows, pivot tables, Power Query, and visualizations, for fast, ad hoc business requests.
- Build and maintain dashboards on a BI tool (Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or Superset) that the business actually relies on day to day.
- Work with Apps Script or API integrations to automate recurring data pulls and reporting.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing and optimizing queries against large datasets.
- Working proficiency in Python for data wrangling (Pandas, NumPy).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or Superset.
- Familiarity with Apps Script or API integrations for automation and also knowledge of Clickhouse.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with any RDBMS.
- Exposure to ETL pipelines or experimentation/A-B testing.
